UVa Health System, Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology Oncology, seeks individuals with mantle cell non-Hodgkins lymphoma who have relapsed/progressed after treatment with bortezomib or who were refractory to bortezomib for a clinical trial.

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the activity and safety of lenalidomide in patients with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma. After being screened for eligibility, you will be given an oral capsule of lenalidomide once a day on days 1-21 of each 28-day cycle. You may continue therapy until unacceptable side effects develop or until your disease progresses.

Lenalidomide will be provided to you free of charge while you are participating in the study. Frequent clinic visits to see the study doctor and for blood work are required, and scans are required every 8 weeks.
