Each UVA RN's input is valuable to our shared governance of Nursing within the PNSO! The PNSO Office will direct your feedback to the appropriate PNSO committee to help you take action toward improving nursing practice and patient care at UVAHS. We also appreciate feedback regarding your level of participation in some of the key shared governance activities sponsored by the PNSO.

I participate in the annual Nursing Worklife Survey. I participate in the annual PNSO Elections. I am an active member of at least one PNSO committee. I have nominated a colleague for recognition, such as the annual Nursing Excellence Awards. I receive PNSO communications, such as emails and newsletters, regularly. I know who my Cabinet member and Congress delegates are. I read the Practice News regularly. I have applied for support from the Nurses' Professional Development Fund. I am informed about the PNSO's efforts to achieve Magnet Recognition.
